Limited One Year Warranty
Warranty coverage: Shoe Care Innovations, Inc. (“SCI”) warrants, to the original purchaser, that this product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year* from date of purchase, with the exceptions stated below.
*The warranty term for SteriShoe Original lamps is 60 days from the date of purchase.
What is not covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, tampering, improper care, misuse, the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time, uses for which the product was not designed, or other causes not arising from defects in material or workmanship.
Warranty performance: During the above warranty period, SCI will repair or replace any part of the product deemed defective. Contact SCI at 1-866-686-Shoe to obtain warranty service or go to www.sterishoe.com for more information.
Warranty disclaimers: Any implied warranties arising out of this sale, including but not limited to the implied warranties of description, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above warranty period. In no event shall SCI be liable for loss of use of this product or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or costs, or expenses incurred by the consumer or any other user of this product, whether due to a breach of contract, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise. SCI shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage or any special, incidental, contingent or consequential damage of any kind resulting from the use of this product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Legal remedies: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
